Some Useful smartphone tips and tricks:
1. Never install a number of apps on your android. It slows the processor as well as drains your battery . life.
2. Never install battery-saving apps (No Offense). The drains a lot more battery by running in the background. Instead, you can use the inbuilt power-saving mode provided by the manufacturer.
3. The cache is nothing but the temporarily stored data files for the application you used often. For example, when you constantly use Google Maps, it will automatically download some maps for your location, so that, it has to never use the internet to download the same thing every time you open the app. These files (saved by the Apps themselves) are Cache which is in either way useful only for you. So think 100 times before removing it.
4. Want your mobile to charge fast— Switch On Airplane Mode while Charging. Want to charge faster— Switch off your Mobile and see the effect.
5. Lock and locate your lost phone—With the Find My Device app, you can locate your lost phone and erase all data on it remotely.
6. Setup automatically phone unlock when you are at home—Use Smart Lock (in most android phones) to do this.
7. Want to customize your Android-Use Launcher to get your desired style. Action Launcher is one of my favorites.
8. Use Night Mode to remove blue light from your phone at night times to give less strain on your eyes.
9. If you keep your mobile near you while sleeping, Switch on airplane mode (If not so urgent) before sleeping. It will give you better sleep as the radiations coming from mobile will no longer come as it is on airplane mode.
10. Loves a song playing at a disco but doesn’t know the song's name. No Problem! Tap on Google Search and ask ‘What's this song?’ You will get the answer.
11. Phone lagging too much— Set Windows Animation Scale, Transition Animation Scale, and Animator during scale to off in developer mode and see the effects.
12. Put your contact details on your lock screen so that if the phone is lost and someone finds it, he can be able to contact you. This setting you can find under Security Settings.
13. Went to a party and want your photos that are clicked on your friend's mobile, ask him to send through Email instead of Whats app. Sending images through Whats app reduces its quality.
14. Want to get more out of Android, just root your phone (at your own risk) and enjoy many additional features and customization.
